おふくろの味 Ofukuro no aji : My Japanese Mom
Japanese Mom's cooking is a real treat, perfect to enjoy at any time of the day. No one better than Chef Naho, chef and mom, can tell you about it. During this special evening, she will guide us in the preparation of an authentic Japanese home meal.
Together we will prepare Nikujaga, a stew of sliced beef, onion and potatoes with a sweet soy dashi sauce. "Jaga" is an abbreviation of "jagaimo" which means potato, while "Niku" means meat.
We will continue with the warm and comforting Miso Soup, a classic Japanese comfort food, and conclude with the delicious Tamagoyaki and Onigiri.

COUPLE €150 : The price indicated is per couple.
FULL TABLE €140: Promotion usable if all participants are under the age of 30. The purchase will allow cooking in a single table for 2 to 4 people, we ask you to communicate names, email and date of birth at the time of purchase in the notes section.
BOTTLE OF WINE PLUS : You can add a bottle of wine to enjoy while you cook and eat, served at the counter for you. The cost starts from €25 with a selected wine list.
