As with the famous sporting event, we set off to board and discover the gastronomy of our wonderful country.
Region after region, we will discover traditional recipes, ingredients and different cooking methods.
A little to rediscover where we come from and where we can go ... a little to identify new combinations that give us greedy moments in the kitchen.
The Farm65 tour of Italy is not intended to be just a food and wine journey to discover some regional recipes, but rather represents a way of supporting Milanese restaurants and many chef friends who are in difficulty right now.
Milan has always welcomed kitchens and chefs from all over Italy: these restaurants or trattorias are scattered throughout the city and have given us pampering and wonderful food over the years. We would like to know them together, thanks to their recipes that we are going to replicate in Farm65, so that we can support each other even more in this indispensable moment.
Here then the various regional cuisines will be taught and told by the protagonists who live and prepare them every day.
