FOOD FOCUS: Sweet and Savory Pumpkin

Join us for a unique culinary evening with the class "Sweet and Savory Pumpkin" led by the talented Matteo Felici . During this special event, we will explore the versatility of pumpkin in both savory and sweet dishes. We will begin by creating a tasty savory panna cotta with pumpkin and gorgonzola, with a delicious porcini mushroom crumble.

We won't stop there; we'll move on to delight the palate with sweet versions using the fine Valrhona chocolate. We'll prepare irresistible mousses such as the Namelaka Azelia and the Zucca Mousse with biscuit, all topped off with a crunchy glaze that adds the perfect finishing touch.

As a special gift, Silikomart will offer all members a beautiful autumn pumpkin mold, to continue creating culinary magic at home. Don't miss the opportunity to learn so many preparations with which you can create fantastic desserts at home!

During the evening we will prepare:

•Pumpkin mousse

•Pumpkin panna cotta

In addition, each participant will be given aSilikomart Delica mould. 🤍
