This is not a cooking show.
This is a hands-on Italian cooking experience designed for real life.

In a unique, professional kitchen space just outside Milan (on the way to Assago), you’ll cook side by side with an English-speaking professional chef, at your own fully equipped workstation. No watching, no standing around: you cook, you eat, you enjoy.

Each class lasts 90 minutes and is built around iconic Italian recipes you’ll actually be able to recreate at home. That’s why we go one step further: our chef shares a special “Home-Link” session, showing you exactly which international brands and ingredients to use once you’re back home — no impossible-to-find products, no complicated techniques.

Carbonara & Fresh Ravioli

Two timeless icons of Italian cuisine, made properly.
You’ll learn how to prepare a real Roman carbonara (no cream, ever) and fresh ravioli from scratch — dough, filling, technique and balance of flavors.

CLASSIC ITALIAN: PIZZA & TIRAMISÙ

The ultimate Italian duo.
You’ll prepare a classic Italian pizza and the most famous dessert in the world, learning the essential techniques and small secrets that make all the difference — at home or anywhere else.

THE MILANESE LEGEND: SAFFRON & TRADITION

A tribute to Milan’s culinary heritage.
You’ll cook Risotto alla Milanese with real saffron and prepare Mondeghili, the traditional Milanese meatballs: crispy on the outside, tender on the inside.
