The brigade
With our 24 stations, in addition to the one for the chef, your team can be divided into real kitchen brigades that, working together, can create a magnificent menu. Which they can then enjoy together, celebrating the team spirit.
Up to 60 people can work at the same time and we can accommodate even larger groups, dividing them between the various roles: chef, sommelier, maitre, tasters, judges etc.
