Strawberry Crumble
Ingredients:
- 500 g Strawberries
- 1 tablespoon
- 80gr cane sugar
- 150 g Flour 00
- 100 g Butter
- 50 g almonds in flakes or grains
- 80 g Cane sugar
- Lemon peel
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Procedure:•
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
- Cut the strawberries in half and place them in a baking pan with a tablespoon of sugar and lemon juice
- In a bowl, work the sugar with the butter and add the flour, work with your fingers to obtain a sandy dough, if necessary add a little flour
- Take the strawberry pan and cover it with the dough, press a little on it
- Sprinkle with almonds and bake for about 40 minutes, everything should be golden and the kitchen fragrant
- Serve hot with ice cream or whipped cream!
* Note: S i can also use hazelnuts instead of almonds
