Strawberry crumble

  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon
  • 80gr cane sugar
  • 150 g Flour 00
  • 100 g Butter
  • 50 g almonds in flakes or grains
  • 80 g Cane sugar
  • Lemon peel
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
  2. Cut the strawberries in half and place them in a baking pan with a tablespoon of sugar and lemon juice
  3. In a bowl, work the sugar with the butter and add the flour, work with your fingers to obtain a sandy dough, if necessary add a little flour
  4. Take the strawberry pan and cover it with the dough, press a little on it
  5. Sprinkle with almonds and bake for about 40 minutes, everything should be golden and the kitchen fragrant
  6. Serve hot with ice cream or whipped cream!

* Note: S i can also use hazelnuts instead of almonds
