WILD BERRY ZABAIONE

Ingredients for 6 people
- 80g egg yolks
- 75g fine granulated sugar
- 60g of dry Marsala
- 250g of berries
Procedure
- For the zabaglione
- In the Kenwood steel bowl pour 80g of egg yolks, 75g of sugar and 60g of Marsala. Attach the wire whisk.
- Confirm the first step from the App by following the instructions.
- Confirm the second step from the App by following the instructions.

Distribute the berries into 4 clear glasses, then pour in the hot zabaglione and serve immediately.
