WILD BERRY ZABAIONE

Zabaglione with Berries

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 80g egg yolks
  • 75g fine granulated sugar
  • 60g of dry Marsala
  • 250g of berries

Procedure

- For the zabaglione

  1. In the Kenwood steel bowl pour 80g of egg yolks, 75g of sugar and 60g of Marsala. Attach the wire whisk.
  2. Confirm the first step from the App by following the instructions.
  3. Confirm the second step from the App by following the instructions.

- To garnish

  1. Distribute the berries into 4 clear glasses, then pour in the hot zabaglione and serve immediately.
