CHOCOLATE FUDGE

Ingredients for 6 people
- 330g dark chocolate with 75% cocoa
- 30g of butter at room temperature
- 330g of condensed milk
- 1 pinch of fine salt
- 80g of dried fruit
Procedure
- For the compound
- Line a rectangular pan with baking paper.
- In the steel bowl, place 330g of dark chocolate in pieces, pour in 330g of condensed milk, 30g of butter and a pinch of salt.
- Attach the rubberized whisk. Follow the steps suggested by the App.
- For cooling
- Transfer the mixture into a rectangular mold and level it evenly.
- Spread 80g of mixed dried fruit on the surface, making sure it sinks.
- Cover with cling film and leave to cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Using a knife, cut the Fudge into squares. Serve immediately.
