CHOCOLATE FUDGE

Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 330g dark chocolate with 75% cocoa
  • 30g of butter at room temperature
  • 330g of condensed milk
  • 1 pinch of fine salt
  • 80g of dried fruit

Procedure

- For the compound

  1. Line a rectangular pan with baking paper.
  2. In the steel bowl, place 330g of dark chocolate in pieces, pour in 330g of condensed milk, 30g of butter and a pinch of salt.
  3. Attach the rubberized whisk. Follow the steps suggested by the App.

- For cooling

  1. Transfer the mixture into a rectangular mold and level it evenly.
  2. Spread 80g of mixed dried fruit on the surface, making sure it sinks.
  3. Cover with cling film and leave to cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Using a knife, cut the Fudge into squares. Serve immediately.
