Family of farmers with more than 200 hectares in the heart of Calabria, this 100% Italian pasta (from wheat to processing) amazes with a unique characteristic: the scent that comes out as soon as the package is opened, which is unusual for a dry pasta, where usually the perfumes come out in cooking.
The very slow drying at controlled temperatures means that the aromas present in the grain also pass to the pasta itself. From a health and nutritional point of view, the amount of starch it releases is truly remarkable and is extremely digestible.
